Rates include all facilities of the Villa and garden (incl. linen and towels) from Saturday afternoon to next Saturday morning, final cleaning is also included.
Booking confirmation on 30% advance payment by bank wire transfer, the remaining amount + 200 EUR safety deposit at least 30 days before arrival date; deposit will be reimbursed in cash the last day of your stay.
Maid and cook can be arranged on request.
